What's new?

Check out what has been happening recently and what events are coming up.

After over a year of planning and building we are so pleased to announce the opening of our own private purpose designed clinic with disabled access. It has been a dream project to provide a permanent space where we can provide care to all local patients in comfortable and accessible surroundings. We can be found at The Waters Edge, Thrapston, just a short walk from the town centre and just over the bridge from neighbouring Islip. Parking is available directly outside for customer use and directions are provided prior to arrival. We cant wait to welcome you to our new home.

Oundle Premises

It is with deep sadness that we will be closing our Oundle clinic permanently as the team at RESTORE are unfortunately closing their doors from December. With rising costs small business are struggling and this decision was not taken lightly. With our own clinic in Thrapston it seems the right time to say goodbye to Oundle and move full time just 15 minutes away to allow us to continue to offer treatments to all our valued patients whose support allows us to continue on. Wishing the RESTORE team all our very best and sincere thanks for allowing us to be part of their story.

COVID 19

WE ARE OPEN!

It has been undoubtedly the most challenging time for our business and for so many across the world and have been so appreciative of the support we have received from many patients. We are now enjoying regaining some stability with our normal procedures in place alongside some adaptations for a post Covid environment. Although many of our procedures regarding hygiene never needed to be changed as we have always followed the highest levels possible we hope that the additional steps will ensure the safety of all our patients and therapist into the long term and keep our business open.

Whilst we hope that this will not change please be aware updates may be required form time to time.

~ Face coverings will be recommended from October to March for both patient and therapist throughout the treatment time whilst the winter illness season is at its peak. Face coverings must be clean. Basic disposable masks can be purchased for just 50p if you cannot provide your own.

~ You are able to provide your own towels should you wish. If using our towels and covers these will continue to be clean for each person and washed at 60.

~ Hand washing continues to be good practice but in addition there will be antibacterial hand gel available to both patient and therapist to use as required.

~ Where face coverings cannot be worn during the winter season treatments will involve patients facing away to avoid unnecessary face to face.

~ As always we will continue to use hospital grade antibacterial cleaning products to clean our equipment.

~ Time will be left between patients for thorough cleaning.
